York Times reports on 14.10.09 Saudi Arabia is demanding reoperations at Global climate conference. They are demanding transfers of technologies. Education assistance and insurance of income. Now my question is, since for several decades O.P.E.C. has been the recipient of the largest transfer of wealth in history it’s late to realise fossil fuels are a finite resource, and perhaps new technologies will develop. I hope now that the end of an era is in sight these countries will develop themselves
